Wanted: a mirror for my kitchen ceiling!

Greetings from New Orleans! We had a marvellous day in the Big Easy. After a hearty breakfast we toured a graveyard. I saw one crypt that housed the remains of 115 nuns. It was fascinating.

We then boarded a bus for a tour of the city. I heard it was pretty good. Can't confirm, as I had a......nap.

Next came the 'New Orlean's' School of Cooking'. Our chef, Pat was extraordinary. She was outrageously funny and she served us up the tastiest Jambalaya I've EVER had. She started out by presenting us with a corn crab bisque that was sumptuous. She prepared praline and then wrapped up the meal with Bananas Foster. It was when she did fireworks with cinnamon though, that I had a........moment. 'Pure ecstasy.' I told the group it was the most erotic afternoon I've had in almost 18 months! I was mesmerized for 2.5 hours as I had my eyes glued the entire time on the mirror above the area where Pat was cooking. It occurred to me I should have such a mirror. Whenever guests come to my house for dinner, they could sit on stools at my counter and watch. I think I could easily entertain tourists, and because they'd be visitors I could make up all kind of stories. As Danny Hooper always says 'who's gonna check the facts?????'

Anyway, it was just an exceptional lunch and it was made even better when Tiffany Dowhan entertained us. She'll be performing tonight at an open-mic club here in New Orleans' French Quarter. Time to get ready for tonight's adventure!
